• Chiropractic Adjustments

Chiropractic Manipulative Technique (CMT), or adjustments, are used to increase mobility to our immobilized joints.

Adjustments can also help reduce pressure or irritation on our spinal nerves - those which are responsible for sensation and movement throughout our entire bodies.

This also promotes improved nerve communication between the body and brain which is another step towards reaching optimal performance.

  • Functional Rehabilitation

Functional rehabilitation isn’t just for people recovering from injuries — it’s for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of future issues.

Rehabilitation focuses on improving strength and movement at the foundational level. To build strength we must first have a strong understanding of our foundation and how improving functional movements can reduce the stress our bodies take.

  • Specialized Soft Tissue

Some of the techniques we utilize include: Myofascial Release Technique (MRT), Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM or muscle scraping), Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping

We utilize soft tissue techniques to restore proper function and mobility of the muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments that support the neuromusculoskeletal system.

Soft tissue techniques stimulate our body’s natural response by increasing blood flow, delivering freshly oxygenated blood to the affected area to support healing.

Soft tissue techniques also support chiropractic adjustments to optimize movement, reduce pain, and restore the balance between the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.

  • Athletic Taping

Athletic taping is a supportive technique used to stabilize joints, reduce strain on injured tissues, and enhance proprioceptive feedback during physical activity.

By providing targeted support, taping can help prevent injury, reduce pain, and promote more efficient movement patterns. Taping may allow athletes to move with greater confidence and control, which can contribute to improved performance and quicker recovery without restricting essential mobility.

Visit Structure

  • Each initial visit includes a comprehensive intake with: vitals assessment, neurological and orthopedic exams, movement analysis, a report of findings, and diagnostic imaging referrals if needed.

Followed with the start of treatment of: chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation, and specialized soft tissue techniques.

  • Follow-up visits include chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation, and specialized soft tissue techniques tailored to your needs, along with ongoing incremental reports to track your progress.
